You'll need to submit your images, links and info and complete the Agreement & Questionnaire BEFORE your start date. The earlier you submit everything, the sooner I can begin reviewing your project
I'll check in with you once I receive everything to get any clarifications I might need, and to let you know it all came through.

We begin! You'll have an email in your inbox at 6am with a quick video going over my initial thoughts with an overview of your project, along with a fresh-eyed analysis of your home's style & your inspirations.
Then, ask away! Send questions and thoughts one by one, in a huge email or even in a doc if that's easier. The rest of the day is entire up to you.

At the end of the day, once all your questions are answered, I'll create a quick wrap-up sheet with key takeaways, colors and sources for you to check out, along with a few action items for next steps.

You'll complete your payment after you select your day to reserve it.
"When does it start?"
Your consultation will be on the day you select before you complete your payment.
"How long until delivery?"
For this Q&A Day, there are no designs created for your consultation. You'll receive a quick review video the morning of your consultation, and a wrap-up doc with what we've discussed when we're done.
"What about refunds or cancellations?"
Booking fees are non-refundable. However, re-booking for the next available date is possible should that fit your project timeline.
