"How long until delivery?"
For this Q&A Day, there are no designs created for your consultation. You'll receive a quick review video the morning of your consultation, and a wrap-up doc with what we've discussed when we're done.
"What about refunds or cancellations?"
Booking fees are non-refundable. However, re-booking for the next available date is possible should that fit your project timeline.
"What if I'm not tech savvy?"
If you can email and upload photos, you're good. If not, this isn't the right fit.
